Abstract This study aims to comprehensively investigate the role of coagulation factor II thrombin receptor (F2R) in breast cancer (BC) and evaluate its potential as a biomarker this context. Data on female BC were retrieved from TCGA database. Comparative analyses performed, including enrichment analysis, tumor immune microenvironment drug sensitivity testing, molecular docking, cell-based experiments, assess expression function F2R BC. Statistical graphical representations conducted using R software. The confirmed significant upregulation BC, which was associated with more favorable prognosis. Clinical correlation analysis revealed strong association between key clinical parameters, such estrogen progesterone status. Additionally, genes co-expressed significantly linked various biological processes, cell cycle regulation, oxidative phosphorylation, ribosomal function, extracellular matrix interactions. also showed associations modulators, particularly CD200 NRP1. Drug experiments consistently demonstrated positive correlations dasatinib. underscores valuable providing insights into mechanisms underlying tumorigenesis.

In recent years, tumor immunotherapy has made significant breakthroughs in the treatment of malignant tumors. However, individual differences efficacy have been observed clinical practice. There is increasing evidence that gut microbial metabolites influence distal via gut-liver axis, gut-brain axis and gut-breast a process may involve modulating expression immune cells cytokines microenvironment (TME). this review, we systematically explore relationship between immunotherapy, examine corresponding natural products their mechanisms action. The in-depth exploration research area will provide new ideas strategies to enhance mitigate adverse effects.

Background: This study presents a sensitive method for the simultaneous determination of organic acids, flavonoids, and amino acids in Mume Fructus (MF) using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple-quadrupole linear ion-trap tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-QTRAP-MS/MS). Methods: Analysis was performed on UPLC system (Shimadzu, Kyoto, Japan) equipped quaternary pump solvent management system, an online degasser, detector, autosampler. An Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (3.0 mm × 100 mm, 1.8 µm) used chromatographic analyses. The mobile phase distributed between 0.2% aqueous formic acid (A) acetonitrile (B) at velocity 0.2 mL/min. gradient evolution protocol 0–2 min 90–70% B; 3–7 70–50% 7–10 50–20% 10–14.5 20–90% 14.5–17 10% B. Results: validated matrix effects, linearity, limits detection/quantification, precision, repeatability, stability, recovery target components. It effectively determined all compounds 12 MF batches from different drying methods. Conclusions: Principal component analysis (PCA) 47 active components conducted to evaluate quality comprehensively. proposed serves as reliable approach assessing consistency MF’s therapeutic efficacy.

Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs), which encompasses Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, is a chronic inflammatory condition associated with an increased risk of colorectal cancer (CRC). Small RNAs have been linked to various illnesses, including IBD CRC. These small also serve as potential biomarkers for these diseases, offering cutting‑edge approach investigating possible treatments. To date, treatments involving oral nucleic acid usage are still unachievable due the instability medications in gastrointestinal tract (GIT), their lack ability effectively target tissues notable adverse effects. However, nanoparticle or exosome delivery systems by overcoming GIT, resulting effective outcome. In present review, biogenesis (tRNA‑derived RNA, microRNA, nucleolar RNA p‑element‑induced wimpy testis‑interacting RNA), roles pathogenesis CRC well application diagnostic prognostic discussed.
