Abstract Many automobile components and machine parts can be fabricated using the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) process with materials such as Polylactic Acid (PLA), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PET-G), polymeric composite (e.g., PLA carbon fiber, glass fiber). In this study, a new material was natural flax fiber analysed for tensile stress, elongation, impact load resistance Taguchi Analysis. This analysis optimized printing parameters, including layer thickness (0.15, 0.25, 0.35 mm), nozzle movement speed (80, 100, 120 mm s −1 ), filling structure (Lines - a, Triangular b, Octet c), occupancy rate (20%, 40%, 60%). The American Society Testing Materials (ASTM) standards strength (ASTM D638) D256) were used evaluation. As result, found to most effective variable improving characteristics, compared extruder temperature, rate, or pattern. Mechanical properties of 0.25 mm, an ratio 20% bottom 2nd 40% top 4th layer, triangular octet structures, 100 , temperature 200 °C are considered appropriate parameters producing automotive in Three Dimensional (3D) Printing. Due its resistance, these settings utilized potential application wide variety vehicle components.

Additive Manufacturing (AM) techniques add material layer-by-layer to fabricate parts or products, compared subtractive manufacturing processes, where the is removed obtain final product. The most common method among AM fused filament fabrication (FFF), which uses print objects into end products. present study's aims include of a custom FFF-based 3D printer and investigating effects three process parameters on tensile properties 3D-printed samples. Initially, was successfully fabricated. This Marlin Firmware 2.0 as programming code control different functionalities printing processes. After construction calibration, few samples successfully. Moreover, design experiments plan formulated specimens based levels parameters. Tensile testing performed, analysis variance (ANOVA) confirmed that significantly affected properties. were then analyzed, along with defect formation microstructure analysis. Finally, optimum for PLA better figured out constructed printer.

The present study used polymers such as PLA and ABS filaments for the 3D printing parts with varying layer thicknesses. mechanical properties surface finish of as-printed epoxy resin-coated samples were investigated. Noteworthy findings indicate that when material is printed at a thickness 0.06 mm followed by no coating one can achieve superior tensile strength approximately 39 MPa compared to 20 material. ultimate coated materials averaged 15 both ABS. roughness showed 95.13 % reduction after coating. Despite being harder than material, emerged most influential factor in enhancing hardness. dominance lower over other conditions particularly evident modulus elasticity. In addition experimental investigation, non-linear structural analysis uniaxial behaviour uncoated prints was also carried out. fracture modes deformation behaviours numerical modelling results across various parametric found be good agreement. Specifically, loading samples, conditions, mirrored outcomes.

Today, 3D printed wrist-hand orthoses can be used to immobilize the arms instead of plaster or fi-berglass casts. Typically, arm models for modelling created using a scanning system. Our previous study shows that smartphone cameras and photogrammetry tech-niques professional systems, but accuracy photogram-metric has not yet been fully investigated. This paper presents results verifica-tion reconstructed from 2D images captured with camera. The forearm parts photogrammetric model were subjected virtual inspection by compar-ing them corresponding an scanner.
