As two significant indicators in the microenvironment, hypochlorous acid and viscosity play important roles multitudinous physiological metabolic processes. However, it is challenging to determine dynamic levels of living cells organisms because absence effective molecular tools that can simultaneously detect organisms. Herein, a design strategy was presented fabricate single fluorescence probe by using different emission channels. In JXR, TICT-based 4-(2-(5-(dimethylamino)thiophen-2-yl)vinyl)-1-methylpyridin-1-ium-iodide chromophore serves as energy acceptor FRET process sensors for viscosity. JXR showed large Stokes shift, wide peak distance, high photostability, low toxicity. could rapidly, sensitively, selectively emitting signals. Importantly, successfully applied track intracellular cells. Meanwhile, generation endogenous hypochlorite be observed JXR.
