The significant demand for medicinal plants with special efficacy has prompted us to adopt appropriate processing methods enhance the nutritional quality and flavor of raw materials. This study evaluated impacts freeze-drying (FD), hot-air drying (HAD), spray (SD) on bioactive compounds, characteristics, inhibition starch digestion in mulberry leaf ethanol extract (MLE). Results indicated that FDMLE exhibited highest total alkaloids content (TAC: 0.14 ± 0.02 mg/g) flavonoid (TFC: 19.32 0.58 mg/g), along inhibitory effects hydrolysis at 180 min (starch rate <50%). microstructure HADMLE was closest powder (ML), but SD better preserved color ML (ΔE = 1.55 0.04). Combined electronic nose gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS) found HAD facilitated conversion precursors into Ethyl formate, rose oxide, (Z)-3-hexenol (M). SDMLE contained higher levels pentanal, (E)-2-hexenal (D), (E)-2-pentanone, 3-Methyl-2-butenal ethyl butyrate, 1-penten-3-one (D). diversity novel volatile compounds (VOCs), 18 newly identified species. Their antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory properties make them valuable for food, preservation, cosmetics applications. Honeybees are a vast reservoir of potentially beneficial products such as honey, bee pollen, bread, beeswax, venom, royal jelly. These rich metabolites vital to human health, including proteins, amino acids, peptides, enzymes, sugars, vitamins, polyphenols, flavonoids, minerals. The advancement nanotechnology has led continuous search new natural sources that can facilitate the easy, low-cost, eco-friendly synthesis nanomaterials. The application of green synthesis in nanotechnology is rapidly expanding as a safe and eco-friendly alternative to conventional methods. This study explored the potential royal jelly bio-reducing agent for synthesizing metal nanoparticles evaluated their antibacterial activity. Abstract This investigation aimed to examine the synergistic effects of fresh royal jelly and local wild Artemisia monosperma leaf extract as antibacterial, antioxidant, antibiofilm, anti-Alzheimer activity. Background Posthepatectomy liver dysfunction can lead to fatal outcomes, making it a highly undesirable complication. Numerous studies have attempted mitigate after hepatectomy. However, in the context of hepatectomy, Royal Jelly, previously known for its various benefits health, has not been studied. Methods In this study, thirty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups. Just before undergoing 80% 16 received intravenous Jelly (RJ group), while remaining administered phosphate-buffered saline blinded manner (PBS group). Four died scheduled time specimen collection, leaving 28 analysis. Forty-eight hours function (bilirubin and prothrombin time) was evaluated all rats.
