Petroleum hydrocarbons (PHs) are used as raw materials in many industries and primary energy sources. However, excessive PHs act soil pollutants, posing serious threats to living organisms. Various ex-situ or in-situ chemical biological methods applied restore polluted soil. most of the treatment expensive, environmentally unfriendly, sometimes inefficient. That attracts scientists researchers develop select new strategists remediate through risk-based analysis eco-friendly manner. This review discusses sources PHs, properties, distribution, transport, fate environment, internal external factors affecting remediation restoration process, its effective re-utilization for agriculture. Bioremediation is an method degrading specifically by using microorganisms. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies being monitor contaminated sites. Currently, these have caused a paradigm shift giving insights into microbially mediated biodegradation processes targeting rRNA discussed concisely. The recent development management contamination challenges future perspectives also discussed. Furthermore, nanotechnology seems very promising remediation, but success depends on cost-effectiveness. paper suggests bio-electrochemical systems that utilize electro-chemically active microorganisms with would be eco-friendlier help tailor-made sustainable technologies.

Nanotechnology is a young branch of the discipline generated by nanomaterials. Its development has greatly contributed to technological progress and product innovation in field agriculture. The antimicrobial properties nanoparticles (NPs) can be used develop nanopesticides for plant protection. Plant diseases caused bacterial fungal infestations are main types crop diseases. Once infected, they will seriously threaten growth, reduce yield quality, affect food safety, posing health risk humans. We reviewed application metal-based inhibiting pathogenic bacteria fungi, discuss antibacterial mechanisms from two aspects: direct interaction between pathogens, indirect effects inducing resilience disease. © 2022 Society Chemical Industry.

Oxidative stress occurs when the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) overcome antioxidant defenses organism, jeopardizing several biological functions, including reproduction. In male reproductive system, oxidative not only impairs sperm fertility but also compromises offspring health and survival, inducing damage to lipids, proteins nucleic acids. Although a clear link between disorders has been demonstrated in humans laboratory rodents, little information is available about implications impaired redox homeostasis domestic wild animals. Therefore, this review aims provide an update regarding intrinsic extrinsic factors that are associated with system their impact on performance The most recent strategies for palliating detrimental effects reviewed together potential economic ecological livestock industry biodiversity conservation.
