Traditional composting is a well-suited biotechnology for on-farm management of livestock manure (LM) but still leads to the release toxic micropollutants and imbalance nutrients. One in situ exoenzyme-assisted has shown promise ameliorate agronomical quality end products by improving humification polymerization. The naturally occurring extracellular laccase from microorganisms belongs multicopper phenoloxidase, which verified its versatility tackle conserve organics through reactive radical-enabled decomposition polymerization channels.
