Agricultural waste is rich in organic matter and an important secondary source of phosphorus, which can be converted into valuable products through various technologies. Composting effective way to treat agricultural further produce fertilizer, achieving minimization stabilization. This paper reviews the current situation pollution composting technology, introduces parameters that influence process optimal conditions, presents indicators for evaluating decay compost evaluation criteria as well. In process, small-molecule acids produced by degradation easily degradable such sugars lipids enzymes microorganisms (phytase, phosphatase, etc.) mineralize phosphorus phytate phospholipids, promote activation provide sources microorganisms, so conversion related fertilizer effect composted products. Therefore, clarification characteristics transformation prerequisite resource utilization waste. provides theoretical support sustainable resources.

Value-added biochar or hydrochar converted from agricultural waste has the potential to improve soil performance. However, how and addition affect ecological responses is not clear. Here, we examined physicochemical property of straw (RS) manure (SM), identified relevant eco-friendly pretreatment methods through life cycle assessment (LCA) methodology, investigated their influences on properties C N cycles. The results showed that prepared at 500 700 °C 250 for 4, 6, 8 h had better properties. LCA revealed RBC500, RS250-4, SM250-4 lower environmental burdens in preparation process. Moreover, could promote cycles varying degrees, especially case SM250-4, which simultaneously degradation cellulose, lignin, chitin reduce emission CO2 N2O. Overall, application a beneficial effect carbon neutralization. These novel compensate deficiency research phaeozem improvement effects hydrochar.
