The treatment of biogas slurry by microalgae technology has the characteristics low cost, environmental protection, and high efficiency. In this paper, effects four technologies, namely, monoculture Scenedesmus obliquus (S. obliquus), co-culture S. obliquus-activated sludge, obliquus-Ganoderma lucidum (G. lucidum), obliquus-G. lucidum-activated on were investigated. addition, 5-deoxystrigol (5-DS) concentration mixed light wavelengths (red-blue intensity ratio) nutrient removal upgrading also results showed that 5-DS significantly promoted growth photosynthetic performance microalgal system. best purification could be achieved co-cultivation sludge when was 10-11 M, red-blue ratio 5:5 (225:225 μmol m-2 s-1 ). maximum average efficiencies for chemical oxygen demand (COD), total nitrogen (TN), phosphorus (TP), carbon dioxide (CO2 ) 83.25 ± 7.87%, 83.62 7.78%, 84.19 8.25%, 71.68 6.73%, respectively. had great potential superiority in removing nutrients from at same time. study will provide a reference simultaneous wastewater using technology.
