Soil contamination is a major threat to the sustainability of agricultural fields and safety food production. This paper presented remediation techniques, including surface covering, encapsulation, thermal restoration, stabilization, solidification, phytoremediation, bioremediation, combined remediation. Bioremediation, which uses microorganisms break down contaminants, has gained popularity due its low cost minimal secondary pollution. In conclusion, techniques for soil in are essential maintaining environmental quality products. By utilizing combination we can effectively remediate ensure

The expansion of animal husbandry for food production has necessitated effective management livestock waste, including cattle manure and poultry litter. Using these byproducts as organic fertilizers in agriculture represents a sustainable approach to their disposal. While residues offer known benefits soil health crop productivity, further studies are needed explore the effect different microbiota on composition. objective this study was address gap contribute advancement area. A randomized block design experiment set up field with three replications per treatment, application manure, litter, control treatment without fertilizer. After 60 day period, chemical characteristics bacterial population composition were analyzed using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Organic carbon, phosphorus (P), aluminum (Al), pH level played pivotal roles changing structure soil’s community. Notably, incorporation litter induced more pronounced changes both properties community compared manure. Bacterial groups enriched soils treated which may indicate enhanced fertility. This association stem from alterations resulting direct transfer microorganisms fertilizer soil.
