Abstract The efficient degradation of organic pollutants in diverse environmental matrices can be achieved through the synergistic application piezo‐catalysis and photocatalysis. focus this study is on understanding fundamental principles mechanisms that govern collaborative action piezoelectric photocatalytic materials. Piezoelectric nanomaterials, under mechanical stress, generate piezo‐potential, which, when coupled with photocatalysts, enhances generation separation charge carriers. resulting cascade redox reactions promotes a wide spectrum pollutants. comprehensive investigation involves variety experimental techniques, including advanced spectroscopy microscopy, to elucidate intricate interplay between photoinduced processes. influence key parameters, such as material composition, morphology, external stimuli catalytic performance, systematically explored. This contributes increasing knowledge remediation lays foundation for development technologies using piezo photocatalysis sustainable pollutant removal.
