The use of masks is recommended to reduce the risk widespread spread Covid-19 virus, but because its in high quantities a short time, it has an impact on waste disposable masks. problem that not accompanied by good management potential pollute environment and are included type hazardous medical so they require special management. purpose this study analyze relationship between sociodemographic characteristics people DKI Jakarta Willingness Pay (WTP) for mask determine WTP price survey was conducted Province distributing questionnaires obtained total sample 356 respondents. Furthermore, analysis method used, first logistic regression variables affect individual WTP. next calculate using Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) question model with Double Bounded dichotomous method. Based results, known dependent can increase value income (Δ+ 23.6%, p ≤ 0.05), healing treatment 100%, 0.1), knowledge 125.9%, 0.01), where Rp 28,578 ideal cost managing waste.

By 2050, 700 million people will have hearing loss, requiring rehabilitation services. For about 80% of deaf and hard-hearing individuals, face coverings hinders their ability to lip-read. Also, the normal population experiences issues socializing when wearing masks. Therefore, there is a need evaluate further develop transparent In this work, properties polymers used in ten commercial masks were determined. The chemical composition including nose bridges ear loops was determined by FTIR spectroscopy. focus characterizations on portion each mask. half masks, contained PET, while other it consisted PETG, PC, iPP, PVC, or SR (silicone rubber). Most had been coated with anti-fog material, few scratch-resistant compounds, as indicated XRF/EDX, SEM/EDX, contact angle measurements. Thermal, molecular weight, mechanical TGA/DSC, SEC, tensile tests, respectively. To measure optical properties, UV-Vis reflectance haze applied. An assessment recommendations better made, improvement sustainability.
