Establishing road shelter forests is a key method to reduce traffic noise pollution. However, the characteristics of various types and their effectiveness in reducing remain extensively unexplored. This study focused on five pure (PFs) one type mixed coniferous broad-leaved forest (MCBLF). By conducting field monitoring spectrum simulations, we analyzed average mass density, additional reduction economic benefits. With belt width 60 m, MCBLF reduced by 6.6 dB(A).
