Optical detection techniques are frequently used in environmental monitoring due to their high sensitivity and stability; however, decrease the optical interferences from matrix remains challenging. Herein, dissolved organic matter (DOM), a surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-silent region (1800–2800 cm–1) sensor has been studied for of NO2– (a model pollutant) presence DOM. 4-Ethynylaniline (4-EA) was selected as sensing molecule. The signal band (2205 internal standard 4-EA (1985 SERS-silent quantitative analysis NO2–. Since can well avoid overlapping with DOM signal, dual-silent ratio I2205/I1985 exhibits outstanding anti-interference ability toward different common matter. Compared traditional UV–vis detection, this method maintains higher (with limit 10–7 M) better accuracy (detection recovery ranges 89.9 109.7%) real samples. Furthermore, SERS successfully employed an survey local river. These findings imply that nanosensor provides way develop accurate monitoring.

Water pollution greatly impacts humans and ecosystems, so a series of policies have been enacted to control it. The first step in performing is detect contaminants the water. Various methods proposed for water quality testing, such as spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical techniques. However, traditional testing require utilization laboratory equipment, which large not suitable real-time field. Microfluidic devices can overcome limitations instruments become an efficient convenient tool analysis. At same time, artificial intelligence ideal means recognizing, classifying, predicting data obtained from microfluidic systems. based on machine learning are being developed with great significance next generation monitoring This review begins brief introduction algorithms involved materials used fabrication detection techniques platforms. Then, latest research development combining two pollutant bodies, including heavy metals, pesticides, micro- nanoplastics, microalgae, mainly introduced. Finally, challenges encountered future directions industrial chips discussed.

The monitoring of nitrate ions is great significance for human health, agricultural development, and environmental protection. All-solid-state ion-selective electrodes (ASS-NO3--ISEs), as an important NO3- analysis method, still have two challenges poor stability reproducibility due to the ill-defined phase boundary between solid-contact (SC) layer membrane (ISM). In this work, a novel strategy constructing ASS-NO3--ISEs based on CoWO4, CoWS4, CoWSe2, or CoSe2 SC layers was reported improving reproducibility. result shows that developed CoWSe2-based NO3--ISE exhibits good Nernstian response slope -61.9 ± 0.4 mV dec-1 in activity range from 1.0 × 10-6 7.5 10-2 M detection limit M. A long-term (as low 2.3 μV h-1) primary reason high redox capacitance ternary selenide. Experimental results show surprisingly approximately 0.5 five individual ASS-NO3--ISEs. Notably, electrochemical experiments scanning electron microscopy mapping tests are used predict ion-electron transduction mechanism which lipophilic anion (tetrakis(4-chlorophenyl)borate) participates process at SC/ISM interface stabilize electrode potential provide It further proved introduction CoWSe2 maintains excellent anti-interference water layers, light, gas. Hence, achieve accurate free wetland soil estuary Yellow River delta.
