Malondialdehyde (MDA) serves as a pivotal indicator to estimate the lipid peroxidation status and biomarker for assessment of oxidative stress screening disease by people excretion. However, most existing analytical methods MDA suffer from complicated derivation, leading poor accuracy inconvenience. In this work, guanidinium-functionalized covalent organic framework (COF) was delicacy-designed used tune modular structure building blocks with condensation, phototriggered click reaction, further guanidylation process. A methoxy-group-containing linker in skeleton adopted form lone-pair delocalized oxygen atoms, trigger resonance effect, attenuate polarization C═N bond linkages, weaken interlayer repulsion, supporting stability guest gating COF. The available guanidino groups grew ordered pore walls COF served customized talon an enhanced interaction site density rapidly grab target charge-assisted strong hydrogen bonds electrostatic attraction forces. This distinctive feature significantly bolstered sensitive signal transduction, enabling rapid sensing (within 120 s) without derivation treatment, achieved calculated limit detection (LOD) low 0.08 μM. With accessible image-data transmission process, portable dual-channel platform accurate monitoring.
