Background/Objectives: Cardiovascular diseases are the primary cause of global morbidity and mortality, with cardiovascular health (CVH) remaining well below ideal level showing minimal improvement in U.S. population over recent years. Bisphenol A (BPA), a pervasive environmental contaminant, has emerged as potential contributor to adverse outcomes. This cross-sectional study delves into impact BPA exposure on achieving optimal CVH, assessed by Life’s Essential 8 metric, among adults. Methods: Analyzing data from 6635 participants National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) collected between 2005 2016, was quantified through urinary levels, while CVH defined using American Heart Association’s criteria, scoring 80 100. Multivariable logistic regression propensity score matching were employed evaluate association CVH. Results: reveals that individuals highest tertile levels 27% less likely attain compared those lowest (OR, 0.73; 95% CI: 0.59–0.92). negative persisted across diverse demographics, including age, sex, race, mirrored link factor scores. Conclusions: The findings underscore benefits reducing enhancing prevalence mitigating burden disease. Given widespread use BPA, ongoing monitoring BPA’s is essential. Further studies necessary elucidate long-term causative connections These insights contribute understanding complex interplay factors outcomes, informing targeted interventions mitigate disease risk within population.
