Underwater streamer discharges have various potential applications in the fields of wastewater treatment, crop seed processing, etc. The underwater discharge types an important effect on practical applications. In this work, microsecond pulsed are investigated by using ultra-high-speed frame camera system at different water conductivities and applied voltages. It is found that there exist two under same experimental conditions: fan-shaped bush type long-single filament type. conductivity 800 µS/cm marks boundary point for occurrence rates types: when less than µS/cm, rate 100%; larger decreases, but increases with increasing. When 1000 dominant type, voltage required to reverse appearance as increases. has a propagation velocity ~1.7 km/s, ~25 km/s early stage ~0.8 later stage. Neither significant influence velocities streamers. time lag bush-type about 8% filament-type discharge. injection energy per pulse 20% smaller single
