Affected by point and non-point source pollution, the Fenhe River Basin faces significant environmental challenges. This study aimed to analyze distribution characteristics influencing factors of antibiotics in water sediments Basin. Samples were collected from 23 sites within basin, 26 five different classes detected analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). The water–sediment partition coefficient (Kp) was calculated, spatial analysis conducted geographic information system (GIS) technology. results showed that 25 water, with concentrations ranging 130 1615 ng/L, 17 sediments, 121 426 μg/kg. For quinolones (QNs), except for ofloxacin, all others could be calculated overall high values Kp 692 16,106 L/kg. QNs generally higher midstream, considerable pollution industries developed agriculture. is closely associated risk. found influenced various such as temperature, flow, physicochemical properties sediments. Correlation revealed relationships between parameters river width, depth, quality (total nitrogen, total phosphorus, chemical oxygen demand), sediment pH clay content.
