Droplet size and distribution uniformity of sprinklers significantly affect production safety in the processes steam temperature pressure reduction within nuclear power, other high-temperature, high-pressure industries. In industrial sprays with high flow rates low drops, reducing droplet poses additional challenges, making improved spray essential for enhancing heat transfer. This study designed produced a set swirling-straight sprinklers, tested their characteristics liquid distribution, proposed highly uniform mode involving swirl jet interaction mixing. The discharge coefficient (Cd) changes indicated that enlarging channel area diminishes amplification effect, suggesting trade-off sprinkler design. A detailed evaluation analysis method process, which is superior to use single parameter, based on Gaussian function peak fitting method. It has been observed relationship between parameters drop tends be linear. discovery provides new basis designing nozzles drop, rates, distribution. findings contribute optimization performance provide valuable data computational fluid dynamics model verification.
