PANoptosis is a newly discovered complex programmed cell death (PCD) form. In the field of cancer research, involved in multiple pathways that affect tumor survival, proliferation, and response to treatment, serving as an innovative strategy for therapy. Endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) impact endocrine system, including cancer. However, research on their influence head neck carcinoma (HNSC) through genes remains limited. This study utilises transcriptomic clinical data related HNSC from Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases. We developed risk model based PANoptosis-related LASSO Cox regression analysis. Finally, we utilized Sankey diagram depict relationships between EDCs key genes, identifying DSCAM, IL-6, SYCP2 critical predictors PANoptosis. These essential identified 214 potentially influencing HNSC, 3 (Aroclor 1242, Pentachlorobenzene, Propanil) previously unreported HNSC. findings elucidate novel mediated by pathogenesis
