Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced during the growth, storage, and transportation of crops contaminated by fungi physiologically toxic to humans animals. Aflatoxin, zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, ochratoxin, patulin, fumonisin most common mycotoxins can cause liver nervous system damage, immune suppression, produce carcinogenic effects in animals that have consumed food. Physical, chemical, biological methods generally used detoxify mycotoxins. Although physical methods, such as heat treatment, irradiation, adsorption, fast simple, they associated problems including incomplete detoxification, limited applicability, changes food characteristics (e.g., nutritive value, organoleptic properties, palatability).
