Data structures such as sets, lists, and arrays are fundamental in mathematics computer science, playing a crucial role numerous real-life applications. These represent variety of entities, including solutions, conditions, objectives. In scenarios involving large datasets, eliminating duplicate elements is essential to reduce complexity enhance performance. This paper introduces novel algorithm that uses logarithmic prime numbers efficiently sort data remove duplicates. The mathematically rigorous, ensuring correctness providing thorough analysis its time complexity. To demonstrate practicality effectiveness, we compare our method with existing algorithms, highlighting superior speed accuracy. An extensive experimental across one thousand random test problems shows approach significantly outperforms two alternative techniques from the literature.
