Sustainability has become increasingly critical to the development of modern companies. As it emphasizes generation value across three dimensions—economics, environment, and society—sustainable underscores its significance. Based on that a company delivers at particular stage sustainable process, this study proposes revenue as measure quantify stakeholder interest. Utilizing fixed effects model with 2211 listed companies in 11 years, explores how organizations’ economic, environmental, social inputs influence creation sustainability these pillars, alongside impact four major digital technologies (artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing, big data). The reveals companies’ contributions dimensions significantly enhance output values. Each exerts distinct moderating influence. We provide thorough look “input-output” relationship creation. Light pollution imposes significant and far-reaching adverse effects on human society, necessitating its stringent regulation. However, intervention policies could be customized to suit the unique characteristics of each region, taking into account local conditions. To address this challenge, we have developed a comprehensive light risk assessment model using combination objective subjective weighting methods, including analytic hierarchy process (AHP), independent method (IWM), entropy weight (EWM), coefficient variation (CV), criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (CRITIC), principal component analysis (PCA). This facilitates systematic evaluation levels across diverse regions in China. Subsequently, proposed targeting reduction assessed their efficacy synthetic control method. Our findings reveal elevated coastal mountainous with heightened concentrations closer urban centers. Strategies focused enhancing lighting hardware, optimizing schedules, upgrading sources demonstrated impact reducing (LPRL). study not only lays solid theoretical foundation for assessing risks but furnishes empirical evidence aid relevant authorities formulating effective strategies.

In this paper, a non-serial supply chain consisting of an infrastructure supplier, content provider and operator is formulated under environmental regulation. The aims find optimal green procurement ratio between traditional equipment. Some common real-life situations assumed, capacity problems solved by game theory regarding coordination interaction among partners. results show that prevailing concern managers’ “energy saving not money saving” direct reason for mixed purchase strategy.
