Abstract One of the most critical pillars Industry 4.0 (I4.0) is Additive Manufacturing (AM) or 3D Printing technology. This transformative technology has garnered substantial attention due to its capacity streamline processes, save time, and enhance product quality. Simultaneously, environmental concerns are mounting, with growing accumulation plastic bottle waste, offering a potential source recycled material for printing. To thoroughly harness AM address challenge robust supply chain network essential. Such not only facilitates reintegration waste printing byproducts into value but also delivers significant environmental, social, economic benefits, aligning tenets sustainable development circular economy. tackle this complex challenge, Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP) mathematical model offered configure Closed-Loop Supply Chain (CLSC) strong emphasis on circularity. Three well-known metaheuristics Simulated Annealing (SA), Genetic Algorithm (GA), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) employed treat problem which efficiently adjusted by Taguchi design technique.
