ABSTRACT In the era of Industry 4.0, New Space Economy, often called has taken center stage in satellite industry. The advent mega‐constellations, which entails mass production, necessitates state‐of‐the‐art manufacturing methods. Leveraging 4.0 technologies like Internet Things (IoT) and Big Data analytics show great potential for improving manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing (MAIT) cycle. This paper focuses on how principles enhance data analysis automation space illustrated through a case study at an aerospace company, with focus composite sandwich panel line. We introduce two key contributions. First, interactive dashboard is proposed to capabilities, offering real‐time access insights performance indicators (KPIs) operators analysts, enabling exploration customized metrics. facilitates comprehensive entire MAIT process, supporting trend detection, anomaly identification, areas improvement facilitate data‐driven decision‐making. Second, we present strategies tackle challenges posed by constrained number attempts insert installations panels. These are founded approach rooted Markov chain principles. aids making informed decisions whether proceed additional or discard insert. By calculating probability successful insertions future attempts, our can suitably resource usage production timelines. evaluated stress testing, where three processes 212,000 sensor records into Kafka queues varying throughputs, monitored via Metricbeat system usage. Results low CPU (below 20%), consistent network throughput, stable average insertion times after initial peaks, demonstrating architecture's scalability efficiency.
