The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has highlighted the importance of effective vaccine supply chain management (SCM). As world raced to curb spread virus, efficient distribution vaccines became crucial ending pandemic. However, challenges distributing COVID-19 globally were exacerbated by itself, leading delays, shortages, and disruptions under disaster conditions. In this study, we use social media analytics explore impact from a global perspective. We collected data two platforms—Twitter Global Database Events, Language Tone (GDELT)—between January 2020 November 2022. analysis is developed leveraging Natural Processing (NLP) techniques, such as topic modelling sentiment analysis. found that significantly impacted ability healthcare systems respond pandemic, with significant differences between regions (such in case developing countries).
