Based on the annual panel data of 30 provinces in China, this paper evaluates green eco-efficiency each province via factor decomposition and analyzes impact higher education using two-way fixed effect model, considering economic development, urban scale, industrial structure, foreign investment government regulation as control factors. The results show that penetration has a significant positive eco-efficiency. Heterogeneity analysis suggests undergraduate postgraduate is significant, increases with increasing levels education; however, influence junior college not significant. The public health level in a country is closely related to national development and quality of life. In order appraise the services western region China, panel data 124 prefecture-level units covering period 2011 2021 was used together with evaluation index system based on four dimensions: life, environmental situation, longevity. To assess this, we entropy weights, standard deviation coefficient variation geographical detector model that measures stratified spatial heterogeneity. results show although have improved overall, various dimensions are still not balanced as longevity did match up everywhere. While developmental presents pattern relatively smooth increasing gradient west-central- east direction, situation respect north-centralsouth more uneven both ups downs. However, trend continuous enhancement all found significant positive correlation clustering, hotspots ‘sub-hotspots’ contracting from north south, while coldspots ‘sub-coldspots’ expanded west east. The Henan section of the Central Line Project South-to-North Water Diversion (CLPSNWD) plays a crucial role within overall project, serving as both water source area and largest recipient water. This study aims to construct comprehensive evaluation index system for high-quality development (HQD) water-receiving cities (WRCs), considering “quantity” “quality” aspects. Based on dimensions economic vitality, people’s livelihoods, environment, green development, twelve indicators were assessed examine influence CLPSNWD HQD WRCs. analysis reveals following findings: (1) has more significant vitality improvement livelihoods in along its route compared impact environment development. (2) Among route, Anyang, Hebi, Zhengzhou experience higher level from project other route. (3) Analyzing different that dimension each city is similar trend. In livelihood Hebi experienced greatest amount change, while are unstable, with increases decreases.

This study endeavors to investigate the influencing factors behind development of higher education clusters in Chengdu-Chongqing region and establish a model aimed at enhancing their effectiveness. To achieve this objective, Likert Scale was employed, comprising four primary dimensions, 14 secondary 39 items, initially validated through pre-survey SPSS software analysis. Subsequently, 405 valid questionnaires were collected from government officials, university administrators, business leaders an online platform email. SmartPLS then used for analysis, confirming strong reliability discriminant validity survey data.
