Abstract The digital economy is an essential engine of the innovation-driven development strategy and plays a valuable role in promoting high-quality regional economy. Based on panel data 286 cities mainland China with help strategic plans issued by local governments as quasi-natural experiment, we use multi-temporal double-difference (DID) method to examine impact urban innovation level. Digital technology, acting as an engine for industrial development, propels the rapid integration of data elements and swift iteration digital logistics significantly enhancing logistic resilience. Exploring impact technology on resilience helps strengthen latter’s ability to withstand external shocks. Based correlation between industry, this study measured their levels in 275 Chinese prefecture-level cities from 2011 2020, showing that former improved latter, a conclusion which remained valid after robustness tests. The enhancement of local safety management capabilities through digital technology represents a pivotal strategy for implementing Peaceful China Initiative. However, limited research exists on whether these can establish coordinated development relationship with technologies and the factors influencing this relationship. This paper employs concept to an analytical framework termed 'Feasibility-Suitability-Sustainability,' which is utilized identify indicators measuring between two variables. Using panel data from mainland, study evaluates findings indicate that overall level in mainland has been increasing during period 2018 2022. In the digital economy era, pathways of transformation and intelligent development have emerged as crucial avenues for enterprises' high-quality development.
