Abstract The digital economy is an essential engine of the innovation-driven development strategy and plays a valuable role in promoting high-quality regional economy. Based on panel data 286 cities mainland China with help strategic plans issued by local governments as quasi-natural experiment, we use multi-temporal double-difference (DID) method to examine impact urban innovation level. Findings show that can significantly improve After series robustness tests, such parallel trend test, updating sample period, repeated placebo innovation-driving effect generated remains significant. Results mechanism analysis indicate enhances level through upgrading industrial structures. In addition, find heterogeneity test has stronger improving quality innovation. Meanwhile, output Middle Eastern region more affected “Digital China” than Western region. Therefore, should accelerate implementation realize

Digital technology, acting as an engine for industrial development, propels the rapid integration of data elements and swift iteration digital logistics significantly enhancing logistic resilience. Exploring impact technology on resilience helps strengthen latter’s ability to withstand external shocks. Based correlation between industry, this study measured their levels in 275 Chinese prefecture-level cities from 2011 2020, showing that former improved latter, a conclusion which remained valid after robustness tests. The mechanism analysis results showed promoting collaborative agglomeration was important part process, while threshold model found had nonlinear characteristics. heterogeneity test significant resilience-promoting effect eastern northern coastal regions, well middle reaches Yellow Yangtze Rivers. Accordingly, it is necessary accelerate with industry formulate differentiated development strategies. This provides theoretical foundation exploring relationship resilience, policy recommendations.

In the digital economy era, pathways of transformation and intelligent development have emerged as crucial avenues for enterprises' high-quality development. Focusing on listed private enterprises from 2011 to 2020, this study uses text mining extract keywords related transformation, disclosed in annual reports. We construct a index empirically examine its impact enterprise innovation incentive policies' synergistic effects. The results demonstrate that significantly promotes enterprises, with more pronounced catalytic effect economically developed regions characterised by higher levels larger enterprises. Simultaneously, policies play role enhancing transformation's Further investigation reveals mechanism is driven primarily four paths—specifically improving information transparency, reducing operational risks, alleviating financing constraints, total factor productivity. This provides empirical evidence regarding breakthroughs driving paths achieve well valuable references insights policy formulation.
