Introduction: The sociocultural characterization of students includes factors such as ethnicity, language, beliefs, social practices, family environment and other elements that affect their perception knowledge technology; for environments to be effective, it is essential consider the students, since profoundly ability adapt new teaching methods.Objective: To determine relationship between in regular basic education from high Andean areas interaction educational metaverses.Methods: A quantitative correlational approach was adopted with a non-experimental design, focusing on 376 university who had taken at least one semester virtual mode. Data collection done through structured surveys Likert-type scales assess use AI tools level adaptation students.Results: results indicated significant (r=0.973) value (p=0.000) study variables.Conclusions: It concluded key personalize experiences, improving accessibility interactivity. In addition, need avoid over-reliance importance fostering interdisciplinary collaboration real-time feedback contribute continuous improvement were highlighted.
