Our study aims to investigate experiences of mpox patients from infection treatment provide scientific basis for control. A multicenter qualitative design was used. total 15 were recruited between July 6 25, 2023, six cities China. Semistructured interviews conducted by telephone analyzed using thematic analysis. The interview divided into two sections: patients' (prediagnosis experience, treatment‐seeking quarantine experience) advice. Prediagnosis experience summarized three themes: symptoms, possible routes infection, knowledge mpox. Treatment‐seeking time visit hospital, diagnostic difficulties, attitude toward diagnosis. Quarantine body mind reactions, reluctance self‐disclose status, factors facilitating recovery.
