Chemical industries are highly vulnerable to accidental events or terrorist attacks due their processing, storage, and transportation of explosive, flammable, toxic materials. Major industrial risks include fire, explosion, chemical release. An effective risk evaluation system is essential prevent accidents attacks. The proposed can evaluate the handling hazardous chemicals determine appropriate precaution level using a fuzzy inference system. inventory size, explosiveness, flammability, toxicity used as input variables for evaluating output variable risk. defuzzified value indicates amount damage it cause if happen. Using calculated location industry variables, be determined. Security arrangements have been recommended based on different levels so that take measures according results. This approach helps protect environment save lives from any mishaps.

This article brings together works on the concept of constructed safety in ergonomics, carried out over last twenty-five years. Firstly, we situate this approach to relation previously developed existing models (e.g. regulated and managed safety) with regard development activity-centred ergonomics. We then present six research actions ergonomics from a selection different fields, small companies industry future an international group: public works, hospitals, aeronautical industry, railway transport, agriculture, chemical order describe applications. The results highlight that is respectively raised by mutual knowledge between workers management, collective decision making, reflexive work rules, spatiotemporal articulation sources, integration pesticide exposure situations designers regulation, social regulation sustaining risk understanding aspect involving diversity actors (workers, preventionists, managers, local residents authorities). By focusing analysis actual practices real situations, aims account for way which deployed daily basis meet production health objectives. contributes design safe systems developmental propose operating model safety.

The firewater system is a complex associated with the safety process of Hydrogen storage tanks. Predicting preventive maintenance strategies essential to ensure long-term reliability this system. Therefore, it necessary evaluate multistate in order predict and provide measures. A polymorphic fuzzy fault tree analysis (PFFTA) for risk systems has attracted much attention because its powerful evaluation capability ability analyze relationships among basic events. However, obtaining failure probability (MFP) data events PFFTA always been major challenge. It also difficult quantify minimum cut set (MCS) determine critical components selecting strategy. In study, we propose Pythagorean cost–benefit–safety by using PFFTA, an improved consistency aggregation method (I-CAM), Dematel predictive proposed approach, I-CAM was used collect aggregate weights experts’ opinions MFP PFFTA. As result, triptych based on sets (PFSs) sum-product (SPM) estimated reduce expert subjectivity, support cost-effectiveness index rank components, influence actions. To clarify effectiveness feasibility methodology, case study related plant located SONELGAZ electricity power (OUMACHE Unit) demonstrated. Both evaluations component were performed, selected strategy predicted.
