The level of free bilirubin is a considerable index for the characterization jaundice-related diseases. Herein, biosensor was fabricated via immobilization oxidase (BOx) on graphene oxide (GO) and polyaniline (PANI) that were electrochemically co-precipitated indium tin (ITO) conductive glass. structural enzyme electrode characterized by FTIR, XRD, Raman spectroscopy, while spectral thermal properties investigated UV-vis thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Owing to activity BOx/GO@PANI/ITO biosensor, it could detect with good selectivity sensitivity in low response time. electrochemical studied using impedance spectroscopy (EIS) cyclic voltammetry (CV). At polarization potential 0.2 V vs. Ag/AgCl, sensor illustrated only 2 s at 30 °C pH 7.5. LOD LOQ calculated found be 0.15 nM 2.8 nM, respectively. signal showed linear concentration range 0.01-250 μM. 5 °C, demonstrated half-time 120 days, through which utilized 100 times this temperature conditions. By common colorimetric method, data levels serum determination coefficient (R2) 0.97.

Significant deformation of the metal structure can be achieved without breaking or cracking metal. There are several methods for plastics. The most important these angular channel pressing process, high-pressure torsion, multidirectional forging extrusion-cyclic compression cumulative climbing connection consecutive concreting and smoothing method, pipe torsion. nanocomposite is a multiphase material which size one its phases less than 100 nm in at least dimension. Due to some unique properties, metal-based nanocomposites widely used engineering applications such as automotive aerospace industries. Polymer-based two-phase systems with polymer-based reinforcing (usually ceramic). These materials have simpler synthesis process variety industry, gas pipelines, sensors. Severe plastic (SPD) known best method producing bulk ultrafine grained nanostructured excellent properties. Different were developed that suitable sheet solid materials. During past decade, efforts been made create effective processes cylindrical tubes. In this paper, we review intended tubes, their effects on properties severe briefly introduced common materials, sheets, pipes, well background nanocomposites, concisely microstructural mechanical discussed. paper will focus introduction tube processes, then comparison them based advantages disadvantages from viewpoints processing

With the rapid development of nanotechnology in recent decade, novel DNA and RNA delivery systems for gene therapy have become available that can be used instead viral vectors. These non-viral vectors made a variety materials, including inorganic nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes, liposomes, protein peptide-based as well nanoscale polymeric materials. They advantages over decreased immune response, additionally offer flexibility design, allowing them to functionalized targeted specific sites biological system with low cytotoxicity.gene keeps hopes life treatment wide range diseases such cancer, nano particles are now known promising carriers effective safe genes cells or tissues.
