Abstract The use of LiNbO 3 nanoparticles in nonlinear applications is attractive and promising. particle size morphology are the key parameters affecting their application. In this study, spherical lithium niobate were synthesised by nanosecond Nd:YAG laser ablation water. polycrystalline, rhombohedral structure with x-ray diffraction experiments was verified. bandgap energy colloidal varied between 4.25 4.9 eV based on fluence, according to optical characteristics. photoluminescence (PL) reveals that emission peaks centered at 293, 300, 305, 309 nm for samples prepared 1.3, 1.6, 2.0, 2.2 J cm −2 /pulse, respectively. transmission electron microscope investigation confirmed formation an average ranging from 18 34 nm. Raman studies various fluences being conducted.

A very simple coprecipitation approach is adopted to prepare ZrO2-coated NiO on MWCNTs nanocomposites with nanoparticles within 10–15 nm size. The XPS studies confirm the presence of Zr, Ni, C, and O elements in sample, while BET BJH analyses reveal a typical surface area 204.44 m2 g–1 pores between 10 15 nm. electrochemical performance nanocomposite electrode show higher charge/discharge capacity 688.3/688.7 mAh after 200 cycles excellent retention (96%) cycling stability. minor fading has been observed rate electrodes at currents ranging from 100 5000 mA g–1. It also reveals that coin cells tend maintain their maximum Coulombic efficiency 99.9% low current density, revealing notable reversible capacity.
