Abstract In this experiment Artocarpus hirsutus (AH) fiber was utilized as the filler material for bamboo (NF)/polyethylene (PE) biocomposites. This a waste to wealth approach by utilising biomaterial and also can reduce use of PE plastics. The crystallinity index (Crl) 45.1%, 56.4%, 67% observed in AH, alkali treated (NaOH) cellulose AH respectively. combination with 20 wt% NF/3 better tensile flexural strength. Agglomeration at 4, 5 affects properties lesser interfacial adhesion filler/matrix phase, having reducing up 20.3 MPa. Comparing filler, both untreated combinations possess addition natural fibers increases modulus property 30 NF/5 combination. Impact strength doesn’t observe high influence incorporation. hasn’t been explored detail mechanical hydrophilic incorporation matrix. fabricated composite is suited bioengineering applications.

ABSTRACT Worn-out or used abrasive particles from water jet machining are found to be wasted without recycling in most cases, as they contain different metal and non-metal with respect their application. The waste obtained can gainfully utilized various engineering applications. Owing the same, present work attempts recycle reuse same for manufacturing kenaf fiber-reinforced hybrid polymer composites. Polymer composites were synthesized using hand lay-up method, incorporating natural fibers, epoxy resin, recycled spent particles. collected chosen filler material, mixed weight percentages resin fabricate a composite. effects of particle addition on tensile, flexural, impact behaviour examined. Fractured samples compositions examined scanning electron microscope probe failure patterns. experimental results revealed positive trends enhancement mechanical properties inclusion
