This study investigates the performance of biobased and nano-additive lubricants for sustainable machining Al6082 alloy. The experiments were conducted in five different cutting environments: dry cutting, olive oil-based minimum quantity lubrication (MQL), sunflower MQL, MQL with nano-SiO2 additives, additives. was evaluated terms key parameters such as surface roughness, forces, tool wear, temperature, chip morphology. results show that reduce friction, thus providing lower roughness. nano-SiO2-additive method showed optimum by lowest force temperature values. It also determined contributed to more regular formation. reveals use nano-lubricants processes offers environmental economic advantages. In future, it is recommended examine types concentrations nanoparticles, conduct long-term wear analyses, evaluate effects on other methods.
