<abstract> <p>Aiming at the problem that extraction effect of abnormal vibration characteristics current engineering electric drive construction machinery is poor, an automatic detection method proposed. Firstly, data mechanical are collected and identified, based on identification results, dynamic characteristic model constructed. The empirical mode decomposition Hilbert spectrum used to decompose machinery, calculate response amplitude time lag value generated by operation simplify diagnosis steps realize positioning transverse torsional characteristics. Finally, through experiments, it was confirmed has high accuracy, which can better ensure healthy equipment. This endeavor aims establish scientific methodologies standards for fault techniques in ultimately forging a versatile solution suited detecting resolving issues across various categories equipment.</p> </abstract>
