Facing the decline of biodiversity worldwide, conservation remaining natural and semi-natural areas is fundamental. To do so, concept green infrastructure has gained attention recently. This case study presents method developed to identify in a cross-border, urbanized territory between Switzerland France area influence city Geneva. The first part methodology consists calculating mapping inputs aggregated four pillars: (i) distribution habitats as well predicted hundreds plant animal species, (ii) supply five ecosystem services, (iii) functional connectivity for three species light pollution (iv) indices landscape’s structure.
