Fuzzy semantics have a wide range of applications in life, and especially when expressing people’s evaluation information, it is more specific. Industrial symbiosis, a promising approach for sustainable industrial practices, has garnered attention in recent days its ability to enhance resource efficiency, minimize waste, and preserve the environment through collaborative exchanges among industries. In emerging economies like Bangladesh, integrating symbiosis manufacturing industries offers potential balance economic growth with environmental sustainability. However, this integration encounters various barriers that complicate implementation. Despite research on robust economies, studies developed are still scarce. To date, no yet investigated hindering performance of Bangladeshi apparel sector. address gap, study integrates Bayes theorem Best-Worst Method identify prioritize From extensive literature reviews expert validation, 17 were identified. Financial performance analysis plays a pivotal role in assisting companies achieve their future goals more decisively and identifying the shortcomings competition with rivals. Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) methods are used complex scenarios where decisions can be made different variations based on than one criterion. During pandemic, uncertainty increased all capital markets volatility of financial instruments was intensely felt. To that end, 23 listed Food Beverage index Borsa Istanbul, which is an emerging market, between years 2020 2022, corresponding to pandemic period, will analyzed this study.
