BIM (building information modeling) is widely recognized for enhancing the efficiency and precision of building energy modeling (BEM), primarily by reducing model development time improving accuracy. This paper presents a novel framework leveraging “openBIM” to standardize harmonize BIM-driven solutions simulations, facilitating comprehensive operational carbon impact assessments. Traditional HVAC designs often struggle to respond promptly and accurately dynamic changes in complex environments like hospital usage. As building information model technologies become more complex and interconnected, the validation of models remains critical to ensure their reliability effectiveness in practical applications. However, most existing research focuses on application modeling a single domain lacks collaborative overall behavior dynamic systems. Therefore, how correctness systems has challenging issue. To solve this problem, paper proposes symmetry-aware hybrid framework that combines Timed Automata (TA), Unified Modeling Language (UML), AnyLogic simulation enhance logical systems; inherently preserves structural temporal symmetry between formal simulations, ensuring consistent across virtual–physical interactions. To effectively cope with the ever-growing intricacy of railway Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) file sizes, adoption a partial model approach has consistently been recommended as highly effective strategy. This facilitates efficient handling increasing data volumes, enhancing management capabilities IFC files for purposes such storage, exchange, and transmission. paper proposes an algorithm that adopts iterative extraction methodology, grounded on hierarchical model's tree structure to produce desired models. Its primary objective is minimize size large by selectively extracting indispensable By leveraging solely files, this circumvents necessity format conversion or reliance Model View Definitions (MVD). During required models, two types related attributes are simultaneously extracted, relationship entity properties optimized enhance efficiency. assess effectiveness our algorithmic approach, we conducted in-depth case study centered around contemporary high-speed project located in southwestern region China. The extracted models' integrity was verified using BIMvision, while semantic syntax verification performed Express Engine IfcObjectCounter. results demonstrate not only accurately extracts segments from file, but also significantly improves loading efficiency, minimizes memory usage, achieves miniaturization, shows promising performance application prospects.
