Crop
residue
showed
distribution
pattern
with
higher
levels
north
than
south
east
west.
Henan
Heilongjiang
consistently
had
highest
resource
levels,
exceeding
35
million
tons
annually

years.

relatively
abundant
Sichuan,
Henan,
Yunnan,
Shandong,
Hunan,
Inner
Mongolia.

reductions,

disparities

carbon
emissions

China

GDP

output

emissions,
