Our study delves into temporal and spatial disparities of carbon emissions within China delineates the characteristics decoupling, with overarching goal furnishing decisionmaking insights for China's low-carbon economic trajectory advancement high-quality policies.[Methods] Employing IPCC emission coefficient method, our quantifies across 30 provinces in spanning period from 2017 to 2021.The Tapio model is subsequently leveraged elucidate decoupling dynamics between development China.[Results] Over 2021, both total GDP exhibited a discernible upward nationwide.The eastern region sustained its position as principal locus expansion China.Concurrently, there was marked reduction per ten thousand yuan output all provinces.Despite simultaneous augmentation emissions, pace growth outpaces that indicative relatively favorable scenario.[Conclusions] Adherence technological innovation structural optimization emerges imperative, underscoring need tailored strategies targeted interventions.Emphasis should be placed on enhancing quality efficiency fostering green steer towards dual objectives development.

Controlling carbon emissions is a global goal, and China actively implementing reduction measures. As major agricultural nation, has considerable potential for developing residues as renewable environmentally friendly biomass energy. In this study, we obtained data on crop yields, crop-to-grain ratios, livestock excretion coefficients to calculate the resources of in Chinese provinces from 2013 2022. Crop residue showed distribution pattern with higher levels north than south east west. Henan Heilongjiang consistently had highest resource levels, exceeding 35 million tons annually 10 years. The were relatively abundant Sichuan, Henan, Yunnan, Shandong, Hunan, Inner Mongolia. Mongolia, greatest CO2 emission reductions, primarily located regions high traditional energy consumption levels. ArcGIS was used apply natural break classification categorize reductions across 2022 into five classes. Based factors such planting area numbers, spatiotemporal influencing quantity examined using Geographically Temporally Weighted Regression. A tailored integrated approach should be biomass, development promoted through policy support technological innovation.
