buildings,

maximizing
rental
income
reflects
effective
planning.
Currently,
there
lack
of
exhaustive
inquiry
providing
thorough
insight
modern
buildings.
study
fills
this
gap
the
literature
by
collecting
data
from
33
buildings
through
reviews
case
method
investigate
with
key
architectural
structural
factors
that
influence
it.
The
results
showed
that:
(i)
central
cores
stood
out
as
prevailing
core
layouts,
while
peripheral
arrangements
were
noted
alternative
preferences.
Prismatic
shapes
emerged
most
favored
options;
(ii)
was
extensively
used
primary
material,
closely
followed
combinations
concrete.
Load-bearing
systems
mainly
relied
on
shear
walled
frames
configurations;
(iii)
average
utilization
across
examined
cases
88%,
variances
ranging
75%
95%
among
different
instances;
(iv)
ratio
area
GFA
10%,
showing
variations
between
4%
19%
various
scenarios;
(v)
no
substantial
effect
planning
strategies
spatial
efficiency.
Similar
conclusions
drawn
regarding
forms
materials.
Our
paper
will
assist
crafting
principles
customized
for
diverse
stakeholders,

Zero-carbon
buildings
(ZCBs)
are
a

means
to
cope
with
extreme
weather
caused

greenhouse
gases

explores
prospects
