Background

Egypt,

due
to
an
aging
population,
rising
obesity
rates,
lifestyle
factors.
Recognizing
urgent
need
for
tailored
recommendations,
this
article
introduces
Egyptian
Clinical
Practice
Guidelines
diagnosis
management.
These
guidelines
address
Egypt's
specific
demographic,
socioeconomic,
challenges.
Results
The
provide
comprehensive
framework
diagnosing
KOA,
affirming
clinical
evaluation
supported
by
imaging
laboratory
findings
when
necessary.
They
integrate
global
evidence-based
practices
with
local
expertise
resources
ensure
relevance
applicability.
