<p>Intelligent
evolutionary
algorithm
is
an
important
method
to
solve
optimization
problems.
Most
of
their
inspiration
comes
from
the
laws
nature
and
biology.
This
paper
proposes
a
new
intelligent
based
on
life
habits
Rafflesia,
which
called
Rafflesia
Optimization
Algorithm.
It
mainly
consists
three
stages:
attracting
insects,
swallowing
spreading
seeds.
In
first
stage,
ROA
performs
local
search
find
optimal
solution.
second
it
improves
execution
efficiency
solution
accuracy
by
reducing
number
individuals.
third
global
jump
out
position.
experimental
part,
this
uses
numerical
functions
(the
CEC2013
benchmark
function
set)
practical
application
problems
logistics
distribution
centers
location
problem)
test
performance
algorithm,
compares
with
seven
meta-heuristics
algorithms.
The
results
prove
effectiveness
practicability
algorithm.</p>
