Currently, as human society develops, environmental issues have become one of the significant challenges faced by humanity. Consequently, education has emerged in response to this need. Environmental aims cultivate citizens with knowledge about environment, which is crucial addressing global challenges, fostering human–nature sustainability knowledge, and cultivating resilient individuals communities. A comprehensive analysis current state exploring how can enhance interactions between humans nature focal points contemporary research. This systematic review employs CiteSpace visually analyze advancements research, aiming uncover status, predominant themes, evolutionary trajectories, emerging trends. The Web Science core collection database was examined retrieve research papers published from 2013 2022. total 1851 were included final analysis. utilized for visualizing analyzing researchers, keyword co-occurrences, clustering, Timeview employed generate relevant maps. identified five major hotspots research: awareness literacy, theories education, delivery modes methods, developments implementation intersection climate change justice. Emerging directions include justice, critical citizenship education. results show that gradually transcending natural realm currently integrating into a holistic framework encompassing societal, economic, political dimensions. increasingly attracting attention scholars. Solving problems requires interdisciplinary dialogue.

Abstract To analyze the differential expression genes of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), clarify their functions and pathways, as well protein–protein interaction network, identify HUB genes, explore pathological mechanism. PCOS microarray datasets were screened from GEO database. Common differentially expressed (co-DEGs) obtained using GEO2R Venn analysis. Enrichment pathway analyses conducted DAVID online tool, with results presented in bubble charts. Protein–protein analysis was performed STRING tool. identified Cytoscape software further interpreted assistance GeneCards A total two sets co-DEGs (108 102), key proteins (15 55), hub (10 10) obtained. The co-DEGs: (1) regulated inflammatory responses extracellular matrix, TNF, IL-17 signaling pathways; (2) ribosomes protein translation, ribosome immune pathways. proteins: inflammation, immunity, transcription, matrix metabolism, proliferation/differentiation, energy, repair; ubiquitination, enzymes, companion proteins, respiratory chain components, fusion proteins. Hub genes: encoded transcription factors cytokines, playing vital roles development proliferation; synthesis, influencing hormone associated infertility. dysregulated inflammation synthesis may be mechanism underlying its onset progression.
