Purpose The study aims to highlight the barriers faced by entrepreneurs toward achieving sustainability in business and innovation cultivation offering solutions for academicians, practitioners policymakers. uses resource-based view (RBV) theory discuss how an organization’s resources capabilities influence competitive ambience entrepreneurs. Abstract This study, which is anchored to Resource‐Based View (RBV) theory, explores the relationship between artificial intelligence (AI), process optimization, organizational flexibility, and sustainability performance in settings. Leveraging RBV framework's focus on internal resources as sources of competitive advantage, this research seeks clarify how AI adoption, flexibility foster sustainable growth. Abstract Previous research has indicated that the impact of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on performance is ambiguous. This relationship can be affected by numerous factors – both internal and external. study aims to examine moderating inter-organizational cooperation, competitive behaviors, digitalization, diversification, flexibility between EO performance; it also assesses market conditions relationships were examined above. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are vital to the economic development of emerging economies, significantly contributing employment, innovation, GDP growth. This study investigates influence market competition on SME performance in specifically examining moderating role process innovation. Using a sample 365 SMEs western region Ghana, research employed convenience sampling technique gather data.
