Background This study begins with the analysis of current management models and their degree effectiveness in municipal administration. Its aim is to design an administrative model that enables effective administration District Municipality Nueva Cajamarca, Peru, based on theory intelligent organizations. Method The research type employed this diagnostic-propositional, utilizing both deductive inductive methods, alignment a mixed-method approach non-experimental nature study.
