Digital twin technology offers immersive and cost-effective solutions for workforce training, yet its practical implementation within SME training frameworks remains limited. This study develops evaluates the Twin Framework Workforce Training (DT4WFT), addressing key challenges such as resource constraints precision through tools like Siemens NX Mechatronic Concept Design (MCD) StoneCUT@Line®. Employing a mixed-methods approach, qualitative insights from managers, quantitative analysis demonstrated framework’s potential to enhance operator performance, improve efficiency, reduce lead times. However, validation was based solely on managerial perceptions, framework has not been implemented in real-world settings. Statistical confirmed strong correlations between perceived improved outcomes, highlighting scalability adaptability. Future research should focus implementation, cross-industry applications, longitudinal studies evaluate sustained impacts, ensuring DT4WFT broader relevance effectiveness development.
