Outdoor recreation provided a crucial way to maintain physical activity, reduce stress, and preserve sense of normalcy during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study assessed relationship between outdoor mental health in context COVID-19. Cross-sectional online survey data were collected early 2021 from sample ( n = 503) representative U.S. adult population age, gender, race. We observed prevalent engagement near-home activities, widespread reductions relative pre-COVID period, significant financial, racial differences patterns. Regression models suggested that reduced was associated with higher levels perceived stress depressive symptoms, whereas more frequent activities predicted better well-being. The implications adaptive versus cumulative exposure times disruptions are discussed, along need address structural inequities accessing as behavior.

Conhecida por apresentar altas temperaturas, a cidade de Teresina necessita da presença áreas com vegetação, destacando-se as árvores, que contribuam para regulamentação climática. além importância ambiental e cultural dos espaços livres edificação qualidade ambiental, deve-se considerar, também, seu valor recreativo convivência os habitantes das cidades. O processo acelerado ocupação expansão urbana nas últimas décadas do Brasil, reservou poucos locais possam representar oportunidades lazer convívio população e, principalmente, preservação recursos naturais. Diante exposto, este estudo tem como objetiva analisar cobertura verde em Praças Parques Ambientais Teresina-PI através índices vegetal, percentual vegetal Zonas Administrativas município no Estado Piauí índice vegetação diferença normalizada. A vegete per capita é 167,27 m², porém quando estratificado praças parques varia menos um metro quadrado até nove, depender zona. Logo distribuição verdes não possui equidade, assim porcentagem parques.
