This pilot used data collected 2023 from nationwide, non-probability sample 484 (182 302 U.S.-born) aged 18-25 years. Nativity demographic characteristics, predictors, were assessed using two t-tests chi-squared tests. Multivariable logistic regression analyses to examine racism, nicotine/tobacco use, cannabis binge drinking overall stratified by nativity. While U.S.-born had similar mean concern scores, everyday was significantly higher (p = 0.002). Societal reduced odds (AOR 0.90, 95% CI 0.83, 0.97) 0.79, 0.66-0.94). Discrimination is a social determinant contributing to health inequities in the United States (US). This study investigated prevalence of, and sociodemographic disparities in, perceived everyday discrimination among national sample of US adults. We used data from 2023 National Health Interview Survey (n = 27,538) estimated three outcomes (1) any discrimination, (2) unique components experience, (3) Everyday Scale (EDS) (range: 0-20) overall by age, sex assigned at birth, race ethnicity, sexual orientation, educational attainment, income-to-poverty ratio, urban-rural status. Over half adults experienced (55.8 %), most common form was being treated with less respect (45.2 %). Adults who were younger (aged 18-44), female, non-Hispanic Black, minority, some college-educated, low income, or urban-living generally reported higher discrimination. For example, sample, Black (vs. White) (OR: 1.61, 95 % CI: 1.44-1.81) minority heterosexual) 2.48, 2.12-2.90) had highest odds EDS scores (β: 1.38 (95 1.17-1.59) β: 1.65 1.35-1.94), respectively). The varied magnitude specific experience; for threatened harassed 2.93, 2.52-3.42). Perceived prevalent differentially affects adults, especially members marginalized underserved populations. Understanding patterns will benefit public medical efforts aimed mitigating exposure deleterious consequences.
