ABSTRACT The most amazing environmentally friendly energy source is solar energy, which can be captured with the aid of photovoltaic (PV) cells. Perovskite cells (PSCs) that are hybrid (organic–inorganic) have demonstrated remarkable PV ability. advantages halide‐based perovskite numerous and include cheap cost, high efficiency, simplicity in fabrication. Due to their poisonous nature, lead (Pb)‐based PSCs often pose a concern environment. They also other drawbacks, such as stability problems, problems scalability, health risks associated Pb exposure. Thus, primary intent this study examine Pb‐free, inorganic titanium‐based complex Cs 2 TiI x Br 6‐x , serves active layer. When compared elements, titanium nontoxic, strong, affordable, easily accessible. To improve efficiency lead‐free (Au/CuSbS /Cs /CdS/FTO) device structure, both linear parabolic grading methods used simulation. composition mixed halide system, different amounts iodine (I) bromine (Br) ions integrated into crystal lattice. Within “x” indicates percentage iodide replace bromide ions. Light absorption conversion may maximized by fine tuning material's band gap varying “x,” range from 0 6. layer graded linearly, adjusted adjusting ranges 6, throughout layer's thickness. bending factor changes 1 case layer, indicating an enhancement device's PCE result wavelength photon absorption. Our simulations show significant improvement PCE, astounding 31.18% for grading, 7.93% increase above 28.89%. Other noteworthy metrics exhibit exceptional outcomes J SC 34.36 mA.cm −2 FF 86.81%, V OC 1.0452 V. output realistic temperature confirms highly stable nature proposed PSC device. These results how effectively our approach improves effectiveness Pb‐free PSC's. As we interested environmental whole world, ‐based suitable real‐time experiment, need nowadays.
