This study introduces a novel arrangement for solar cell simulation using the SCAPS‐1D simulator. The framework incorporates advanced electron‐/hole‐transport layers successively ETLs (WS 2 ) and HTLs (CuSbS ). Heterostructures composed of ITO/WS /CsSnCI 3 /CuSbS /Ag demonstrate remarkable photoconversion efficiency. A thorough analysis investigates influence various parameters such as CsSnCI absorber thickness, ETL temperature, series resistance, thickness with thickness. Simulation findings reveal an optimal open‐circuit voltage ( V OC 1.15 V, short‐circuit current density J SC 26.07 mA cm −2 , fill factor 86.35%, power conversion efficiency 24.23%, consistent earlier research. extensive research provides insights into factors affecting perovskite cells suggests promising directions future advancements.
